Haydenshapes is proud to launch it’s custom surfboards program in the USA.
Until we create website functionality to fully order through the online board store, you can order NOW via e-mail or phone.

So how does it work??

1.    Check out the surfboard models online and choose which model you would like to order. 

2.    E-mail or Phone us with your name, contact details and the full order details including fin system, logo colours and dimensions. 

3.    Haydenshapes would then confirm this order with you via phone or e-mail.

4.    Haydenshapes would then forward a invoice for payment via PayPal. This can be paid using your bank account, visa or MasterCard, or your PayPal account.

5.    Your board would then be designed by Hayden and sent to the AKU Machine to be CNC cut.

6.    One of the Haydenshapes trained finish shapers would finish your board off in the USA. This takes place under the roof of PureGlass in Costa Mesa, California.

7.    The board will then be laminated and sanded by PureGlass and prepared for pick up or delivery. Once your board is finished you will be contacted by PureGlass.

8.    Time to go enjoy your new craft by Haydenshapes!
