or picked up with in 2 weeks of full purchase.

King Island, TAS; Kangaroo Island, SA; Flinders Island, TAS; Lord Howe Island etc.



Terms and Conditions

- Offer is only available on Custom Orders and Stock boards, sale and second-hand boards NOT included.

If payment is made via direct deposit or money order, payment must be received in full by Haydenshapes, before manufacturing schedule can start.

- If Haydenshapes cannot manufacture your board within 2 weeks, you will be notified and will receive a $100 credit on your account for you to use for your next purchase.

- Custom orders with artwork specifications are not included within this offer

Shipping and Delivery

When can I expect my delivery?

The delivery service for each area is shown below for each area:

Sydney Metro

1 Day Service

Ulladulla, Wollongong, Central Coast, Newcastle, Nelson Bay

2 Day Service

Metro Areas of Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Port Macquarie to Sunshine / Gold Coast -

2-3 Day Service

All other areas in Australia -

4-9 Day Service


How can I track my delivery?

You will be e-mailed with the tracking number once the surfboard has been picked up. You can track your board via the Fastway website- www.fastway.com.au

What time will my delivery arrive?

Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 5pm. You canfind out your Courier's timetable by visiting the Fastway website and viewing the Courier Timetables -http://www.fastway.com.au/1Timetables.html

What happens if I miss the Courier?

You will be left a card in your letterbox with the contact number of your Courier so you can contact them and arrange specific delivery arrangements.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or isdamaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery,Haydenshapes will be in direct contact with the Courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received you rorder and find that it is damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and goods and e-mail them to info@haydenshapes.com and contact us on 02 9998 9300 to organize the replacement of your surfboard.

Payment

Haydenshapes accepts a variety of payment methods including, VISA, Mastercard, Money Order, or Direct Deposit.

When you checkout from the Haydenshapes Online Store you will be given the option to choose one of the above methods.

    - If you choose Visa or Mastercard, you will be asked to enter the information. This will be securely e-mailed to Haydenshapes where it will then be processed in our office terminals.          

    - If you choose Money Order, please make the money order payable to Haydenshapes Pty Ltd, and post to:

How do I get my GST refund?

The Tourist Refund Scheme enables you to claim the goods and services tax (GST) on certain purchases if you are leaving Australia; subject to certain conditions.

To claim a refund you must:

Spend $300 (GST inclusive) or more on a single tax invoice

Buy goods no more than 30 days before departure
